I modified the mount on this mirror to a cup holder bracket so my son could see the kids being towed on water toys behind his pontoon boat. the ultrawide angle makes it easy for him to see them either in or out of the wake while still keeping his focus on what lies in front of the boat. Very happy with this mirror.

This mirror is well-made, and was easy to mount on the tab provided on the Ranger.However, as many have experienced with these types of mirrors, it vibrates a lot while driving.I solved that using nylon tie-wraps to put tension on the mirror mounting tabs. There is hardly any vibration now.I like the wide field of view, although if I could adjust it side-to-side that would be nice. Given the sturdy mounting, firm hinge that allows for up-down adjustment, and the wide field of view it is not much of a problem.A good third-party solution if one does not want to pay for the OEM mirrors.

The mirror itself is great however, when driving the Ranger, the mirror vibrates so much that you can’t see anything. I’m thinking it may be the piece you attach to it to hang, it’s pretty flimsy. I think a sturdier piece would correct the problem.

Mirror was cracked when opened . Box was not crushed or bent in any way . Either it was packed cracked or it is a very delicate item . Now I have to go thru the inconvenience of sending it back

It is a little big. Couldnt see around it. I had to move it up a to the top screw holes and just use two screws instead of the four. Doesnt adjust to your line of vision. Just shows directly behind you. But it is a mirror. You can see the tailgate area well.
