This inexpensive fix saved a perfectly good Brother printer which otherwise would have had to be discarded. The part was delivered on time and was simple to install. My 3 year old Brother printer will now last at least another year or two!

Thought I had to throw my old Brother printer out as the paper roller wouldn’t feed and kept clicking but not passing paper through. I saw that this little plastic part was broken at the top and replaced with this new one. Viola! Like magic it works better than ever- so glad I got this! Way cheaper than a new printer!
