I rarely give two stars, let alone 3. But this dispenser deserves what it gets. It is very light duty with thin material, etc...I was okay with the light duty material but once I attached the dispenser to the wall, I found I could not "lock" the door into place. There is a large tab on the backing plate that is bent downward and has a hole in it for the keyed closure latch to rotate into and hold the door in place. The large tab was bent too far down and would barely hold the door allowing the dispenser to open and drop forward anytime a towel was being removed. I was able to get past this by rebending the tab upward until the closure would hold the door closed.Then, the opening for the towels to come out!!! This slotted hole is produced by stamping the steel to knock out the elongated hole which you pull the towels through. The hole's design is fine..... it's the rather sharp edges that are produced inward from the stamping process. This sharp edge catches on the towels and rips them. There is no getting past this unless you have the tools to sand the sharp edge down enough to allow the towels to slide past unobstructed. I have these tools but most do not.In closing. This dispenser is a piece of junk and should be avoided at all costs. I allowed two starts because it actually does work, after all the repairs, and looks good.Steer Clear!

This paper towel dispenser has no instructions but is simple to mount in under 10 minutes (screws and anchors included). The build is thin stainless steel, protected from scratching during transit /install with a peel off film. Looks great when done. Keyed latch, 2 keys included. Basic operation with viewport for easy supply check; accepts most common trifold style commercial paper towels. Mounted this in my garage for quick, easy, one hand pull-off during projects; commercial trifold towels are also cheap at box stores: You can get around 4000 for less than $30.

Great sturdy dispenser with tight lock and two keys. It came with mounting anchors and screws, and looks and works perfectly on the wall in my garage. I anticipate it lasting a long time, and is a bargain price!
