First never drop you current paper tray on the floor. It is only plastic and it can break. Handle it with care and don't just "Shove" it in. Insert it carefully.This tray worked perfectly to resurrect an HP Printer that had tray 2 broken. It worked and it brought the HP Printer back to life again.
