We’ll first of all it came damaged. I would have had Amazon replace it, however, the quality was so poor I couldn’t justify it. Going another direction.

I purchased this on a weekend and tried to cancel just a few hours later but wasn't able to because the shipping was already in progress. This can be a good thing or bad thing depending on the reason I couldn't cancel...either their shipping is immediate even on the weekends or they are desperate to unload these things. Based on what I received I'd guess the later. The shipping took a while because the item was listed as being processed through customs. I don't remember seeing anywhere that this would be shipped internationally but maybe I missed it. Just be aware that it's coming to you from somewhere out of the states. Finally arrived with a broken non-functioning door/delivery slot. The item itself was pretty flimsy with thin metal for a security device and probably wouldn't be too hard for a determined thief to break into or carry away. I'd say the design is good and it's a great idea but they need to construct it with sturdier materials and maybe check that it's not broken and the slot opens before shipping it.

The product is excellent! Educating Amazon and UPS drivers to the fact that this bos holds larger packages is the problem. They often leave the packages on top of the box or on the ground in front of it. I created pictures showing them the right way to deliver and the wrong way and placed it on top of the box. We will see if that works!
