I feed it back that the book didn't arrive in the box but no joy in getting that replaced. 😕 I picked this one because the book was part of it but it wasn't.

J'ai reçu la boite qui contenait un coffre d'outil pour vélo. Lorsque j'ai ouvert la boîte le coffre d'outils était cassé.

It is not a truly complete set of bike tools. Very expensive. The Allen wrenches are flimsy and could break at any minute. The picks are magnified which is actually annoying. They stick to all the other tools in the box. It doesn’t come with break bleed tools. Idk it’s not worth the premium price

You can’t ask for more in terms of quality bike tools. They are a bit pricey comparing to the other brands but if you reading this review, you know what you’re after.

No customer service. Zero response to questions and a cheap looking piece that broke within a minute of first use. Not recommended.

Great buy for a starter buy mechanic like me. All tools will be used at some point. I've since ordered more from Park Tool.

I bought this kit in Summer 2020 after breaking a gear shift cable and fumbling through my tool box looking for the right size hex wrench. I was frustrated separating out household tools for bike repair needs and decided to buy easily identifiable tools for repairs. This kit has met most of my needs, and while I haven't used all the tools to make it a resounding great value (27% discount off buying the individual parts, not counting the cost of the toolbox), it has saved me the time of buying each individual part when needed.PROS:- Most parts are easily identifiable with either Park Tool's blue finish or their label- Kit includes most commonly used parts for most common bikes- The tools appear solid and have held up through repeated, although light, use- Park Tool offers many repair videos on YouTube, while the included book offers additional technical detailsCONS:- Small samples of consumables (e.g. chain cleaner, lubricant, grease, and anti-seize compound) would go far to make this kit complete- Kit doesn't include key tools like the PP-1.2 Hydraulic Piston Press, and DAG-2.2 Bicycle Derailleur Hanger Alignment Gauge (or a smaller alternative)- Toolbox could be sized differently (longer) to fit additional tools like the DAG-2.2Since buying the kit, I noticed chain slippage in my usual bike as well as in a brand new bike that had a visibly misaligned rear derailleur. I decided to buy the DAG-2.2 tool and was able to fix the issue on the new bike in minutes, which the local bike shop wasn't able to fix correctly after two visits. On my old bike, I also adjusted the derailleur hanger using the gauge but then found the chain was worn (using the CC-4 tool). After replacing the chain, slippage was limited to three gears, and I found the necessary tools in the kit to replace the rear cassette. Through various adjustments, the ball-tipped hex wrenches (HXS-1.2) made it easier to reach tight spaces.Overall, I'm very happy with the kit. Users who have bikes with something other than Shimano/SRAM/Diore parts should check the Park Tool videos to see if they need to buy additional tools suited for their bikes, specifically the chain tool and cassette lockring tool. Also consider buying the derailleur hanger alignment gauge if your bike occasionally falls onto its right side, and the hydraulic piston press for when you need to replace your disc brake pads.
