This is a really nice toolbox with a great tray inside and compartments on the lid for key components. The tools provided out just enough to take care of most DIY repairs. I augmented it with a few more tools I had in my shop and I’m sure I will add more as time goes on. Park tools are superior quality tool so it’s no surprise that this low-cost set up only had the basic tool set. Other tool sets were available at a lower cost, but they were pretty junky. If you’re a serious bicyclist, this is a great way to start your tool kit. Good value for the price

I am happy with this set. I bought it after buying a new bike but only having a minimal set of tools. Park Tool remains the high quality company that I remember from my days of turning wrenches in a bike shop.

High quality US-made bike tools. Glad I have this basic starter set to do basic repairs. I had grown tired of taking my bike to my local shop for the most basic of things, so I have started with this toolset to build out my collection. I am gradually building myself the mechanic skillset (with minimal prior experience), so it is fun to grow in the cycling community by having my own toolkit. Glad I can do that with this product. I also bought a repair stand to be able to work on my bike at home. Very happy I made this purchase, and despite the relatively high price, it truly is quality.

The tools in this kit are *literally* the same tools they sell outside of the kit, how are they somehow lesser quality?

I just bought a bike last month. The tool kit includes everything you need to do a basic bike repair. The book included is high quality and easy to read.

You can definitely find cheaper bike tools however when shopping and looking for video reviews on GMBN something stuck with me. The difference with good tools and cheap tools is you buy them once and they last for years without wearing out, breaking or damaging your bike. This kit covers the majority of work most people would do on their bike.
