I purchased one set of these boxes to try them out and loved them so much that I purchased a second set. They come in packs of 20 and are flattened when shipped. I only needed one strip of tape on the bottom to secure it and make the box sturdy for storage. I would recommend more than one strip if used for shipping purposes. The boxes are 20 inches long and fit perfectly on a 6-foot tall by 4-foot wide metal rack that is 18 inches deep. It allows 4 boxes per shelf. When you fold the tops down inside the box, it will allow you 6 shelves on a 6-foot tall shelving unit, maximizing your space and giving you plenty of room to still reach in the box. The boxes are very sturdy. I can pull the boxes in and out of the shelves without causing any integrity loss of the box. They can hold a lot of weight as well. I will purchase these again if I need to fill more shelving units.

20x10x8 boxes are actually larger, particularly in height. UPS considers this box to be 20x10x9. This discrepancy has cost me an average of $5 per shipment.. so far.

I use these boxes to ship signs I make on Etsy and love them. I switched over to Amazon since Uline charges an insane amount for shipping on their boxes. The signs weigh about 5 pounds and have never had any problems with the box not holding up. I would highly recommend.
