You may need to replace the bolts if you have an older mower like mine. They take some punishment over the years with rock and tree bumps. I had to get these TORO PART # 614650 SHOULDER BOLT after over torquing one bolt and snapping the threads. Should have mowed first then replaced wheels, now the grass is 1 1/2 foot tall. Large auction website which will not be named had the best price.

My Toro mower may be 26 years old, and this may be the 2nd time I've replace these.

This is my third set of wheels on my front-drive Toro Recycler. Still starts on first pull after 20 years! Bolted on quickly to replace the old, worn-smooth set. Replaced the rear wheels as well. What a difference in traction! Made the mower feel like new.

I rebuildt this mower and it cut great, but after changing the tires it was able to get the traction and cut like new.Tires were a snap to replace by loosing 2 nuts one on each tire. Good price also.

the drive wheels on my mover had worn out treads, so they were slipping too much. When the new wheels arrived I installed them immediately. It took all of 10 min. to do the job. I used a 1/2 inch socket on a 3/8 rachet, that's it for tools. Cleaned away some old dried grass, a little grease on the shafts and gears and bolted up the new wheels. I just finished mowing and I could feel the better grip of the tires on the lawn. A very simple way to get your mower working better. There are good video's on U-Tube if you need some reassurance that this is an easy DIY job.

The price was about the best you can get for these, wish they were more aggressive and maybe made with rubber, otherwise easy to install only one bolt to remove, and make sure you grease that bolt during installation. They work great for now but I'll see how well they wear
