I decided to return it and buy a similar one supplied by Auto Nation, though I payed more money it's quality is much better, similar to the original part that came with my Honda!

It is very flemsy plastic that comes rolled up in a box and is worth half the price it's listed for in my opinion, but the holes actually line up pretty well. Time will tell how long it lasts.Update: It may be flemsy and a little over priced, but it's still doing it's job so I upped the review a star.
