This looked light the perfect solution for getting network to a building that had only coax. It would use the rg/6 cable that was already installed. It would provide up to 100 mbs speed and it only cost 23 bucks for adapters for both ends. Tried it out and it doesn't work to extend a network over coax cable. Maybe too good to be true. I have not determined the reason that it doesn't work. Maybe I didn't read the instructions correctly and I am expecting preformance that wasn't promised. Maybe I connected it incorrectly. I can still try a few things to see if I can get it to work and extend the LAN over coax.
