This pasta drying rack is nice. As with cutting boards, wood has proven to resist bacteria better than plastic, and you don't have to worry about chemicals leeching into your foods. If you're making your own pasta, I suppose that's important to you, too.All the pieces for together perfectly, so it is rigid and sturdy. The pieces fit so well in fact, that it can be assembled without the use of any adhesive or fasteners, which means it can be disassembled and stores easily while taking up minimal space. This is the one you want.

This pasta drying rack is nice and durable. It has a large base which makes it pretty stable. It is easy to assemble and take it apart for easy storage. I would definitely recommend this product.
