I've wanted to make homemade pasta to dry, rather than cooking fresh but haven't, as I didn't have any space to hang it while drying. When I saw this rack, I couldn't order it fast enough! I love cooking and this stand provided the perfect solution for my pasta drying woes. It ships disassembled but goes together easily. No instructions are included but it's straightforward and dare I say obvious? It's made of wood, which I appreciate, and looks nice when in use. Let the pasta making commence!

Super plain. Put it together and it’s a little crooked. One of the prongs keeps falling out. It works just not what I was expecting.

The rack is great. Comes as 2 wheels (one for the base and one for the top) and a fat stem to hold them together. Screw that pice into the base and then screw the top on. Then just slide the dowels into the holes in the top and it'll now dry your pasta so you can share it with the world.4 stars because it's named wood. Doesn't seem to have any varnish or anything on it. Could be good if that's what you want. Or it could also warp more easily once it's soaked up enough moisture (or even worse -- start growing mold). I'll have to wait and see.But for now, it seems worthy of it's rating.

The pasta drying rack is very nicely made; the wood is natural and feels smooth.Assembly is as simple as screwing in the trunk to the base and top, and pushing in the drying prongs. It is ‘collapsible’ in the sense that it must be fully disassembled for storage. It would be nice if it came with a storage bag or band to keep all the pieces together; I use a magnetic rubber band.The drying rack is stable and tall with a wide wing span when assembled, making it easy to hang and dry long noodles quickly and conveniently.

We’ve learned to make sourdough pasta and have been laying them to dry flat. The problem with this is that you have to flip them so both sides dry. The pasta drying rack completely eliminated the need to flip them. Great quality and time saver!

This drying rack is exactly what I needed. It’s sturdy, holds a lot of pasta, and folds up easily for storage. It makes homemade spaghetti nights so much easier. I also love that it’s wood because it feels classic and well made.
