I absolutely LOVE this display case! Assembly is really easy and it is designed so that you can stack multiples of the case together. You can leave out any of the shelves, so it nicely fits different sized items. While marketed as a pastry display case, I find it work GREAT for action figures! I can fit two layers of 1:18th figures in it nicely, which amounts to dozens of figures! The whole thing can also be easily disassembled as well, in case you need to transport it. The value is also pretty great, considering comparable options! Highly recommended!

The snap-tight clear plastic makes assembly quick, though mine arrived with a small scrape and no protective film—something to watch out for in shipping. It works beautifully as a display case, but moisture buildup is a real issue.I tested it with two loaves of sourdough, both wrapped in beeswax bags—one stored in this box and the other in my wood bread box. The loaf in this plastic box was noticeably damp by the next day and developed mold by day three, while the one in my wood box remained fine through day five. Given that, I’d recommend this more for short-term display rather than long-term bread storage.

This item arrived in parts but requires no tools for assembly. Snap each section into place and put in the shelves where they work best for you. Though I really like this product, it is very lightweight and it causes concerns about how long it will last without scratching or breaking. I will be adding some non-skid pads (not included) to the bottom of the unit to prevent it from slipping on the countertop when trying to open the magnetically closed door. I do like that it closes up tightly, I wouldn't say it is completely airtight, but it will keep my baked goods from drying out and keep any summertime pests from possibly getting into the box. Other bread boxes I have reviewed have required that the loaves be wrapped before putting into the box to prevent drying out.

Don’t forget your display case! Part of my sourdough bread journey is displaying my bread. This display makes that possible for me. It was quite easy setting up and the size allows different loaves and rolls per shelf but read the instructions thru. It’s a sturdy acrylic that allows my bread to be seen from all sides. The door opening and closing is smooth so you’re not pulling or pushing to close but also magnetic with a latch. I needed a display case, this is that display case. It’s packed very well for safety and easily wiped down when need be. At over 15” tall & 11.4” wide it’s the perfect display you’re able to set out at home or for customers in your shop.

Arrives well packaged for extended shipping... and is made in China, fyi.So I'll start by clarifying, while it's acrylic by definition, it's plastic by build. I would not put this in any type of machinery for cleaning. The frail nature of the pieces makes me feel it would warp with heat. (Maybe don't even put it in direct sunlight?)Putting it together is a bit fumbly until you see the first bits slide together. I was literally more concerned I might chip the sides with installation. Handle carefully.Now for the size, with all shelves in, it would be a squeeze for any tall pastries. This feels less like a breadbox & more like a trinket display case. It would be great for Pokémon cards and a couple figurines. Warhammer pieces would fit perfectly... *coff coff hint*

Came nicely packaged and with clear instructions, I was able to put it together within a few minutes. Each piece was individually bagged so none came scratched. It also came with 3 dividers which easily dropped in to utilize storage to the max! The door and opening has no rubber or cushioning to it so this is not intended to be airtight which is no big deal for short term storage but definitely not overnight. Great for keeping away flies/bees and other people’s germs to a certain extent.Either way, I had other intentions for this. My friend has similar type of boxes that she stores her bags in. Our house gets so dusty that these are a must-try and must-have for me! Great size and sturdy enough as I was able to fit 6 Kelly pochettes look-a-likes and they look great and are easily accessible. They amazing in their new little home!

This is a fine pastry container. It has a magnetic latch. I wouldn't trust it to be air tight, but it will reduce the surface area of the air. It is sturdy enough, but the plastic feels like it will scratch easily.
