I like to jog, but have to stop because my knees hurt so much! I have had patellofemoral syndrome ever since my younger years - it never stopped me from jogging until my older years. This product seems neater than others because I won't have to velcro or tape my knees. This seemed worth the cost, if it can help. I don't know how long they will last and I do not think this is a one-size-fits-all product. Hope it might help others.
