product is ok for price. customer service stinks. I had very minor damage on tabe slats and just requested a replacement and i would install. sent photo. weeks and no help

Best deal around for this patio set. We like it better than the set at local stores selling for 4 times the $500 cost of this set. The instructions for assembly states a 90 minute time for assembly with two adults. Well, the two of us 83 year old married couple took more like 5 hours using the provided metric sized allen wrench. I would recommend using a screwdriver type with a ball ended hex to easily assemble.

I absolutely love this patio set. It is so comfortable and looks so nice in our patio. It is sturdy and with the ottomans can seat 9. The table is very nice too. Great purchase!

It’s a great set, especially for the price. I love the thickness of the cushions and the colors of the set. The only downside is the length of the screws it came with to assemble it. They could be 1/4” longer. They were very hard to get the threads to catch and are probably only being held on by a couple threads.

So happy with our set!! This is the best deal we found and it's great quality and size!! We're looking forward to enjoying the weather with our meals in this beautiful set.

Bought set in April 2023. By Summer of 2024, the plastic weaving started fraying. The set sits out on our deck and the plastic weaving became very brittle. While it looked good out of the box, this set does not have durability. It is made with polyethylene vs. high density polyethylene that is used in higher end patio sets. Save for a set that is high density polyethylene which will last longer and create less waste going to a landfill a year later.
