Ok so I bought this for 2 reasons.1. Cheaper then a icefishing tent2. Would get it fastI took this to Lake Erie to ice fishing in and it was a complete failure!!! This is not made for high winds and to be staked down to the ice. After about 1 hour of mcgyvering this tent to the ice and the wind trying to make it fly like a kite. We got it up!!! But that lasted about 5 minutes tops!!! It literally was ripping apart and beating the heck out of us. We finally decided to except defeat and take it down. Then came the part of being a rocket scientist to figure out how to fold it back together! We had to cut, rip, snap, and use a saw to break it down!!! Long story short!!! Buy a real ice fishing tent!!! I regret my life decisions about this tent and will probably have a few nightmares about it!!!

This is a great tent, it's fairly easy to set up, and does the job.

Nice popup tent. Very roomy. I actually use this one for my outdoor shower and toilet. Plenty of space for that. Folding it can be tricky, so make sure you practice before heading out and embarrassing yourself for 20 minutes while you struggle to put it away. There are videos you can find that show you how to close it. Hopefully it'll last a while and not tear, also not sure how waterproof it is yet as I haven't used it in the rain.

We took this tent to the shores of our Puget Sound to see what it had to offer. It is remarkably deceptive in its size due to the configuration it is folded into. The materials are of great quality, the weight is light and very portable in its folded form. The first time we opened it was dramatic…it’s like a magic trick so stand back and don’t do as we did; opening it on the beach with a fair wind! You would have a tendency to point the opening (only source of light and air) towards the scenery but alas, the sun sets on our coast to the west so afternoon was uncomfortable. There is no floor to cover the sand and no windows, even with webbing, to allow air flow. It stands triumphantly and is quite impressive after it is secured properly. Taking it down and folding it for transport was a memory maker for the family..I love the tent and the idea of a respite from the sun but would advise better precautionary instructions, tweeking the design for air flow and adding a shade awning for the front. It performed as stated and is at the top end of value for money spent.

My girls used this as a snow cone stand. They loved it and it was easy peasy to set up!

This pop up tent is huge. It’s large enough that this isn’t a take to the beach with you proposition. It’s simply too cumbersome. I see this tent as something to use at your home to eat outside or perhaps for an event like a BBQ.One person can set it up but the panels are large and it can be a bit of a headache. All that to say it’s not impossible. However with two people, you will have a much easier time. There are lines for staking it to the ground. These are a must. The tent is huge for a pop up and blows over easily. This is also why I think a more semi permanent location is best. The tent does provide excellent wind and rain protection. As long as it’s staked down. The door flap is operated by a zipper. I have to say this SHOULD be a beefed up design. It’s not though. The zipper is cheap and frustrating to use. I think an easier to open and larger zipper closure should have been added.Overall it’s a behemoth of a pop up tent. I don’t see it as travel friendly. But yes, you do have space inside which is importsnt. My only other complaint is the cheap zipper used for the door. This is something that gets a lot of use and I don’t understand the design decision to skip on quality. This is a product that would best suit an event or semi permanent yard set up.
