We live in a desert area where outdoor temps are above 100 degrees for most of the summer. This misting unit makes it enjoyable to sit outside under the gazebo. Easy to install, quiet. Very nice!

Got the system, and overall it works okay, but I reached out to the seller after install because I think the climate is a bit hot and the misters aren’t cooling as well as I hoped. Emailed seller and got a reply back quickly that told me to upgrade my nozzles to a larger size droplet (.3mm) wai I just dropped a extra $125 on more nozzles to try and help the situation and when the came I installed them (25 of them switched out with 25 of the 50 I initially got.) well, they don’t work at all. I’m assuming the system isn’t strong enough to create the pressure needed to run the larger ones, and none of them would mist at all (the original ones continued to work.) I’ve tested and emailed the seller and haven’t gotten a response back yet, which is really frustrating. I figure I’ll give it a couple days to see if they give support, if not, I’ll box it up and send the entire unit back and buy from a company with better support.Update: after doing more research, I noticed that the pump is the 150 model, and according to the booklet that comes with it, for the .2 mm nozzles that this kit comes with, it’s only rated for up to 10-27 misters, not 50…. So that probably explains my issue. I found the manufacturer of this unit on alibaba and ordered 2 units with the stainless steel tubing for $350 each.

Where to begin. This is a nice unit once you get it working, but definitely overpriced. First, you are completely on your own with this device and for the ~$1500.00 asking price, the phone and email support are non-existent and most people would expect much more for the price. Ironically enough, the company appears to be a reseller based in Scottsdale, AZ (currently in record triple digit temperatures) yet the device itself apparently can't be operated in sustained direct sunlight or rain. See attached photo with product warning. To be fair, they sell a very nicely kitted misting system for consumers seeking a higher end, robust solution to stay cool on decks and patios, but post sales support is terrible. The user manual is a fairly concise pamphlet that won't include everything you will need to know to operate the device successfully. It is also written in a variant of English that reads more like English derived from Google Translate than a professionally developed user manual. A setup video is promoted via QR codes on the box and it features an installer with stainless steel tubing but stainless steel tubing is not what actually ships with the product. Also, you will need to read both the manual and watch the video as they frequently contradict each other or miss critical information The IOS app is problematic and only works within 12 feet (bluetooth) of the unit. Further, the device is very sensitive to changes in water pressure so if you shut your spigot off, you will need to flush the system practically every time. If you don't, you'll get a cryptic "water lack" warning on the control panel. When I had problems, NO ONE...once again, NO ONE responded via the phone number or email to address my support issues. They did respond once to try to sell me the stainless steel tubing I thought the kit came with but did not. I have the unit working now with my mobile app, but it was a painful, self-help effort. The kit is well-equipped with basically everything you need but the product description and what is shipped are not entirely accurate. This company is a pass-through reseller of a product that don't even support. While I have the device working at steady-state now, it was a total DIY effort and that would be okay if they had comprehensive manual and a real support channel to help customers. Sadly, they do not. This device is overpriced and the reseller needs to properly support it and accurately describe what it ships with on Amazon.

I purchased this system to set up in my newly designed backyard pergola. It was very easy to set up (within 2 hours) and the instructions were very clear. The mist is quiet, very fine, and does not drip or get things wet. The iPhone app is easy to navigate and set up for Bluetooth control takes 5 minutes. It makes my backyard feel like a five star resort. I would recommend this for backyards big or small. Overall excellent product!

I did quite a bit of research on these and this company gives you a great tutorial of what to expect in a video on their website. Everything I saw on that video was what was in the shipment. Installation was actually kind of fun because I could make all the nozzles spray at points exactly where I wanted them on our patio. The mist that comes out is really fine and has done a great job of cooling our patio. I was a bit nervous to do the installation myself but if you can read a tape measure and cut tubing you will easily be able to do the install yourself. Looking forward to summer BBQ season!
