This is a really pretty candle that smells lovely, at least right when you open it. Once burning, I don't find that the scent really throws or fills the room, but it is pleasant as you waft towards yourself in close-range. With the placement of the wicks, the first thing to melt is the paw print, just if that would have any sort of additional effect on someone bereaved of a beloved dog. I do think it's a tad pricey for one candle, but it is nicely made and presented and yes, very pretty, with a nice sentiment.

The gift recipient loved the thoughtful message. It's smaller than I thought it'd be but was perfect for use in a small gift basket. Can't comment on the smell or longevity, but the candle itself makes for a good present.

This is a cute candle. It could be a nice gift for someone who has lost a pet. When burning I do smell something metallic. i am not sure if it is the wax, wick, or if the flame is heating the tin container.

This sympathy candle is functional, elegant and comes gift-ready. The wording is clear and crisp and the candle design is well made. It’s classy and doesn’t look cheap. The scent was not a priority for me but it smells clean and fresh. I’m very pleased with this candle to honor my beloved dog.

Shedding tears...this candle is perfect and so meaningful. The rose and softer scents makes it feel like more than just a candle. It gave me a quiet moment to remember my pup, and I really appreciated that. Such a thoughtful gift for anyone going through a fur-baby loss!

My coworker lost her dog a few weeks ago and I got this for her. She really enjoyed it, it came packaged beautifully for gifting and the candle smells nice, not too strong. It's beautifully simple with the wax flowers and I love the wider flatter candle style. It's a little expensive but hopefully you're not having to purchase these often.
