I bought this for my tortoise. My son was able to put it together with very little help in a short amount of time. It has no bottom so is easy to move about on my lawn. I heated the little enclosure and added a fencing to give 10x10’ additional roaming space. ( if I leave a door open) It has worked out well . The frame work itself is thin and can cave in with little resistance, so extra precaution is need if covering it with a tarp to keep the rain out, as the weight of the rain is rather heavy. I needed to reinforce with other materials.

It’s very spacious for our pet rabbit. She’s free roam in doors during the day and sleeps in it at night. We connected her old hatch to it to give her even more room to roam. Only thing is I wish it had another door on the other side of the small built in enclosure, it’s hard to reach that corner to clean, etc. I also wish the doors locks/latches were bigger, they are small and kinda hard to lock and unlock. Overall it’s good quality and very secure and big. We keep it under a covered patio so I’m not sure how it would hold up in the sun/rain.

Do I love it? No.Do I like it a lot. Yes.First off. The numbering is SO LIGHT we almost thought the wooden parts weren't numbered at all.We were used to noticable dark lettering and numbering but these were don't in a faded and exceptionally light baby blue. But, if you don't want to have to see any numbering without doing a paint job on certain parts? That may be a plus for you. Also, as far as the directions are concerned; they're so-so. But personally I'd have preferred a little less crowded step by step process. Yet, we got it done with little to no issues.BUT there was ONE issue. When we got to step # 4 we found that the brackets on roofing part # 9 were in the incorrect places. It was easy enough to remove them and place them in the right area and fill in the unused holes with wood puddy but not everyone will have access to wood puddy just sitting in their garage like us so keep that in mind just in case. And lastly, I'd recommend giving EVERYTHING a once over with some clear coat Rust-Oleum to make sure that everything is extra water proofed because to me? The wood is pretty cheap so for this to last you've got to put in that little bit of extra effort. But for rabbits or animals that chew I don't recommend spraying the wood too low or at all with Rust-Oleum unless you find a way to cover it to prevent chewing.Anyway, I bought this for my sulcata tortoise. He's going to love it. Hope all of y'all like it if you buy it. Oh yeah, this is a two person job, 110%.If I had to do this alone i'd have cried ✌️🥲

Perfect! Purchased this for 2 rabbits to be used outside. Connected it to another hutch and now have the perfect bunny dream house. Plenty of room for them to run and after using an XPen around the perimeter floor, predator safe. The hidey hole is a nice bonus. Love how many doors it has for easy access. They feel safe and love having the open air.

If you have a juvenile tortoise or smaller breed of tortoise this is a perfect enclosure. It’s a really good size and love that it’s predator proof. The overall construction is nice quality. The only con I really have is the instructions suck. It’s just pictures. Nothing is labeled so you guess which pieces go where - it was like putting a puzzle together. It worked out though and we had it assembled pretty quick. Also, As you see in my pics we slightly modified ours. We added a small ramp for him to get in the little house part. We also added boards surrounding the bottom so he doesn’t get stressed by being able to see out. Overall I would recommend this enclosure!!

Got this for a pair of bunnies to use outdoors. Overall, we're quite pleased with the quality and design. It is relatively easy to assemble (you just need a Phillips head screwdriver) but the instructions are not particularly detailed. For reference, there are a couple of white pieces that just out on the cedar walls, these should be on the ground. Otherwise, look for the pre-drilled holes to guide you.

Took a little bit of thought to put together as the instructions had small pictures and I had to guess on how to orientate some of the pieces but it went together well. I used this to hold ducks overnight in a fences backyard and they all did very well. The biggest threats they would have faced would have been opossums or raccoons and I can't say for sure if either of those animals attempted it. I did manage to pop out the (fairly heavy) screen while moving the assembled hutch so it wouldn't hold up to a very determined attack without reinforcement. Also, the item arrived with one of the pre-installed door latches broken out of the pine. I used ties to keep things closed. The fold up roof access for the house and for pen next to the roof access was super useful! I was able to used that to provide food and water without having to try to shove it through the short door and it was great for cleaning out bedding. If you're not handy enough to make your own coop, this isn't a bad starter. The ducks seemed to like the little house for sleeping.
