Acquistato per un trombone pbone, ma è della misura sbagliata, non entra nel canneggio.

Good mouthpiece at a great price and fits my bass trombone perfectly. I normally play on a Bach 1.5G and there's no discernable difference between this and the plastic one. I recently played a whole session using the plastic mouthpiece with my regular big band and no problems at all.

Such a spot should be cleaned off before being sold. It’s in an awkward spot. Kept bumping it and distracting me. Rendered it unusable to me.

Large shank is larger than standard small/tenro shank mouth piece, but clearly is smaller than a standard large/bass shank mouth piece. We'll see if it works for tuba christmas. Might just end up a spare mouth piece for trombone that rarely play.

I had already gotten one for my large shank trombone, and this fits perfect in my old yamaha student trombone that I use for marching band. It's nice and fits my lips perfectly, and doesn't upset my nickel allergy!! Honestly a great mouthpiece

The mouthpiece is well designed and fits in my Conn 88H just right. Tone and low range are more clear.

I replaced my Bach metal 1.5G with this plastic mouthpiece. I feel more flexible and have an easier time hitting some notes. I also don't tire as quickly. I carry my bass trombone in a gig bag. I don't want to carry a metal mouthpiece. I carry this mouthpiece in the gig bag and the metal in my accessory bag. Much lighter and less likely to mess up my horn. I have not tried this mouthpiece on a gig yet in a section. It's cool in practice and when you're the only horn in a band.I am 50 years old. I play my bass trombone most often like a saxophone in an R&B type gospel setting in church. I have a day job. Your mileage may vary.I first got plastic mouthpieces with my Allora plastic trombone. It sounds better with a metal mouthpiece but those plastic mouthpieces sounded great with my King 3B and King student model horns. When I went to church I went back to the metal mouthpiece with the 3B and kept the plastic mouthpiece with the student horn.Depends on the service how loud or how piercing or how mellow or how full I try to sound. Since Covid 19 I've played my Pbone with the 6.5AL plastic mouthpiece that came with the Allora. I just got a Kaizer plastic horn I'm playing with this 1.5G. ordered another of these 1.5G plastic mouthpieces to keep with my bass trombone. As I think about it, I think I will get a 6.5AL large shank plastic. I am at the intersection of cheap and poor. This is good for us hobbyist who occasionally gets paid. If you're in an orchestra this is good for your club bag because it won't wreck your embouchure and can give a different feel and sound. It's probably not a good choice to be your only mouthpiece is plastic. Some situations do require metal for meat. But usually for me, this is perfect.

I have a Furgison 2 bass trombone mouthpiece with is the same as a Bach 5G and the 1.5 G plastic mouthpiece is the same size as it even tho it shows the 1.5 G marking it and also has the same cup depth, it’s slightly bigger than a Bach 6 1/2 AL it has a wider rim tho so I like that. I would recommend this as a 5G it’s really good for the price

I tried this after a bad infection affected the muscles etc in both lips which meant I had no stamina and my range was affected too. The plastic mouthpiece is very comfortable and now I can play a lot longer too. I was surprised how good the sound is too, if anything slightly brighter but not much. At this price it is worth a try and certainly will be great for playing in cold weather.
