It's ok for a beginner bundle, gets you a shifter and handbrake for an ok price at best. should note a few things though.1: my shifter (may not be all) has a slight delay from when you put it in gear and when the game registers the input, it's not monitor input lag, ive checked. causes me to release the clutch after i shift but before the game registers it causing grinding gears if i shift fast enough.2: the handbrake pulls smooth but the output tothe PC is very choppy, not like a pedal when you slowly push it, it goes up by 1%, 2%, 3% etc, this goes more 4%, 8%, 12% etc.3: the handbrake has fairly large dead zones both at resting and when pulled. i haven't found a way to remove them if even possible, something crazy like 15% dead zone top and bottom.4: shifter is VERY LOUD, lots of metal on metal clanking sounds while shifting and a not very realistic feeling shift (compared to my 2004 civic si)5: both shifter and handbrake for whatever reason needs unplugged and plugged back in every timei launch a game, otherwise they won't register/won't input anything.6: shifter has non removable cable, but handbrake has a "removable" cable, it's glued in and extremely hard to plug back in once unplugged, but it can be done, micro usb.

Useless,Will not bind to input in either Dirt 2.0 or WRC. Waste of money.

As pictured, the mounting screws for the handbrake are too long. Even with the rubber pad included it will scratch the mounting surface. The shifter mounts horribly with one single little tiny screw, which was missing from mine anyways.Shifter felt decent. So did the handbrake. It will do sequential if you lower the plastic piece on the shifter down to the gated plate. Some revires say it won't do sequential and it will. The plastic piece keeps it from locking into position or changing side to side.I'm returning it, if I had a dedicated setup other than my desk that I don't want scratched up, I'd have kept it.

the handbrake in this set didn't work well and had to have adjustments to work properly. the handbrake lock-latch doesn't even reach it to lock it..... THIS IS SO POOR QUIALITY CONTROL. The shifter is as cheap as you would imagine however THEY MADE THE TOP PLATE OUT OF ALUMINUM so the steel rod from the shifter just chews right through it. unless you want to make a new steel top plate and completely calibrate the handbrake just buy something else.... otherwise it sends shift and brake signals

Great budget set! It was my first so I definitely appreciate the entry level. There are no instructions but you can fiddle around and figure out how to set it up.Also huge props to the seller. I had some issues with the gearbox stiffness, but the seller was communicative and helped me figure everything out. Highly recommend!

Mated this set up on our sim rig using a thrust master wheel and pedal set up on PC. Works well enough for the price. The Shifter rubs against the gated shifter pattern but it's not a deal breaker.

I'm using these in combination with a thrustmaster TX wheelbase on PC. Both shifter and HB were recognized by windows as universal game controllers instantly when I first connected them to my PC. It's as simple as binding them to an in game input after they are connected and you're up and running. The HB is listed as 64bit, which I see these all the time from different sellers, in ranges from 14,16, and 64 bit, there really won't be a noticeable difference in this application between the different but rates as 14 is plenty for a HB, but the sensor is very accurate and it's not a simple on/off type switch, it's a magnetic hall sensor that has variable input so you can modulate the handbrake to where it would just slow your rear wheels and not fully lock them up if you only pull it say, 30% of the full travel, but most people will probably use it as an ON/OFF application and just pull it all the way when using. The shifter is probably the best you can get in this price range. I opted for the 6+R option. But something this ad doesn't mention is that the shifters, both 6 and 7 speed models, can also be used as a sequential shifter, and works great this way also. Travel is very small in sequential mode, the white plastic coller that is pictured on the shaft of the shifter is pushed down into the gates of the shifter when it is in the neutral position and keeps it from moving side to side, and only allows it to be pushed forward/backward and also limits the amount it can slot into the gates. It will move just enough to touch the microswitch's and automatically pulls back to neutral via spring tension. You do need to pull/push slightly harder than you do for normal H pattern shifting, as it can miss a shift in sequential mode easily if you don't tap it hard enough since it barely touches the switches. But once you get used to the amount of force needed it works great. Normal H pattern shifting operation works as expected, but will take some practice to get the feel of the shifter gates, shift travel is higher than a Logitech shifter, but less than a TH8A, which I've used both before, For the price I don't see any better options for PC sim racers. For the budget market this combo is awesome and well worth the price.
