The pump seems to generate lots of condensation so it is not suitable for use for scuba unless you are able to add a condensation filter to it. It works great for applications where moisture is not a factor.

This vendor should be ashamed of themselves for selling this trash.

This is my first compressor of this type. It certainly beats a hand pump by a mile. It’s very loud but it does the job just fine. Make sure you set the voltage switch before you plug it in. By default it is set to 220 V

If you want to fill your gun with water , please buy this crap and you will in 100 rounds sink your air gun in an ocean of water, my brand new Hatsan Blitz went to the garbage and they did nothing about it, so remember why decent air compressors cost a lot more….

I'm giving it 4 stars, because it doesn't mention "Scuba" anywhere in the title or description, that I can see.[My Test]As a test, I mostly filled an 80cu (11 liter) tank, from 0 to 2700 psi, and it took 6 hours. It did start making a somewhat different noise towards the end of the fill, which has me slightly concerned, but might just be the noise it makes at higher pressure.I also used several additional and larger filters than the one included. The (big) filter was rather wet all the way through and smelled of oil. The second filter, was slightly moist on the intake, and dry on the outlet.[Fill Rate]This advertises that it can fill a 0.5 liter tank in 16 minutes. For an 11 liter tank, we'd expect (11.0/0.5)*16minutes = 352 minutes or 5.86 hours. It doesn't specify whether what PSI that's supposed to fill to though. 16 minutes would be roughly accurate for 3000 psi and a 0.5 liter tank, but not 4500 psi.[Noise]For a compressor, it was relatively "not loud". It definitely wasn't "quiet" but it was noticeably less loud than a standard 150psi pancake compressor.[Heat]On a 90f (32.2c) degree day, the compressor only got up to 44.0c (111f), when apparently the maximum temperature is 80c. I did have an extra fan blowing on it which may have helped.[Other]This doesn't have an auto-shutoff, so make sure you keep an eye on it.The included manual also mentioned maintenance you're supposed to do every 20-hours of run time. For 0.5 liter tanks, I suppose that would be every 40 fills. For scuba, that's about every 3 fills.

This checks the boxes as being a budget friendly way to dip your toes into compressor filled PCP vs hand pump. It's got some pretty typical poor english translation quirks and it's bare bones but it WILL fill your tanks without you having to work a hand pump. Runs on either 12v or a regular plug. The 12v is nice for anyone that might drive out to some land or range for their shooting. Lets you run this off your car to refill tanks as needed.Rated fill time is about 16 minutes for a half liter tank from empty. It's worth noting there is no auto shut down mentioned so after every 18 minutes of use, they recommend letting it cool for 25 minutes.
