Easy to replace, fit great, and worked. I was skeptical because I couldn't hear a check ball rattle when I shook it but I was clearly flowing more air when I blew into it than the crudded up stock PVC valve. This valve in conjunction with a VCM cylinder disable device essentially stopped oil consumption on my wife's 2012 Honda Pilot.

Just within two days after installation, the car started to have rough idle at start up and the check-engine light turned on with multiple cylinders misfire. Returned the item.

The PCV valve itself has no issues and works as intended. However, the oring that came with it did not for my J30A5. I have oring kits and had to use one of those otherwise the original oring will pinch and destroy itself when installing. Otherwise its been a few months and haven't any leaks or issues.
