The insert fir perfectly. There is no kerf, so you need to cut your own. There is also no pin to prevent the insert from rotating which is a problem. The area of the blade will enlarge as the insert moves around. This is a poor design. I made a small pin and epoxied it in the insert to prevent rotation. A bit of annoyance. But this is the only reasonably priced plastic insert to fit the Powermatic saw I could find so I guess we're stuck.

This product is outright dangerous. The insert is 2-3/4 by 11/64 as described, but they hollowed the bottom of the inserts (see picture), this makes the insert very flimsy after you cut the gap for the blade into it. Means, soon as you have the slightest bit of wood jamming on the blade (applying downward force, these things will break and suck insert and workpiece downwards). Dangerous!!!Any homemade insert out of wood or UHMW is better than this. Would not recommend tis product to anybody. (Put mine in the trash can.)

I gave 5 stars because it does fit some powermatic bandsaws. However, my purchase was useless as I have a PM141. Does not fit the smaller opening in the older saws.

This product has no stop tap on the bottom. Bad design and so it is over priced at any price. I could have cut a piece of wood to do the same.Disappointing....
