Worked perfectly to turn 3/8 - 16 stainless steel all-thread rod w/ a metal backed rubber foot at the bottom. As my carts have 4 swivel casters, I want to secure my tools so they do not move during use. The all-thread rod is threaded through a 3/8" coupling nut that is MIG welded to the outside of the base. Had to be careful w/ length of all-thread so that these handles would not be interfered with by the lower shelf. If you have heavy wood working machinery, consider fabricating a frame out of bed frame materiel-FREE from the trash. Sure beats trying to move a 200" saw and doing damage to the legs.
