It's that ugly shiny material like something you would buy from Shein or Temu. The sizing looks really weird too. I bought a size 7 for my average sized four year old because I like the oversized look but the body on this is really narrow. The neck hole is also extremely small so if your little one doesn't like tight things around their neck, do not buy this. I do not recommend and will be returning. It also didn't come with tags just in a plastic clear bag! Not good material at all.

Bought this sweater for a Knotts Merry Farm visit with the family. Ordered everyone a sweater and arrived with plenty of time left. My kids are on the heavier side for their ages so I went two sizes up knowing that maybe the sweaters would be a little bigger, but to my surprise they fit perfectly. Maybe the sweater sizes are running on the smaller side? Anyway, I still loved the sweaters and kids were liking them too. Happy Holidays everyone.

The fabric on the inside is like a soft fleece which makes it very warm without being too thick so fits well with a coat on top. The design is cute for a kid as I'm having a hard time finding clothes for a little boy that don't look like a little man. I paid $13 for it which was a very good price, I see it's $21 now which is not such a good buy anymore.I purchased size 5 for my almost 5 year old and is slightly big but he is on the small size so I would say it fits true to size. It did not shrink in the washer or dryer.

My soon to be 5 year old will be getting this for his birthday. Sizing is good, shirt is adorable. Only complaint is that it is SUPER THIN material. We live in an area that gets snow 4-5 months out of the year so I am disappointed that is not much thicker than a typical T-shirt. If you want a thin, light weight sweater this would be perfect, but if it gets cold where you live may want to choose something else or plan lots of layers.
