These extensions install very easily and fit perfectly on the mag, but they are not designed for the 12rd P365XL mags. I initially thought the "wings" on the side were interfering with the magazine and not allowing it to fully seat without a lot of upward force, but I was wrong. I trimmed the wings off and made the plate flush with the magazine well, but that still didn't help. These plates are for the P365, NOT the P365XL mags. Nevertheless, these are great quality pinky extensions. Amazon does sell an extention for the P365XL.

This pinkie extension works great. It's hollow and made of some kind of strong plastic, and looks like it should last if not abused. Installation is straightforward, but will require some hand strength and coordination. (Use a punch or small-diameter Phillips-head screwdriver to push in the retention pin on the original base, slide that base off while holding down the spring and spring plate, slide this extension base on until the retention pin clicks into place). If you have large hands, like me, this will make the firearm much easier to grip and shoot.

Just as the title states. Easy to swap out and fits like a glove. This is a cheap, easy upgrade that everyone should do if they have a P365

Replacing the end grips added about 1/2 inch to the magazine which felt better in my hands. The new mags on another sight wanted around $60 per mag... these were a bargain and very simple to install.

Probably works great with the p365 but not great with the 365xl due to the magwell. It has to be jammed in. Well made though.
