Pearl hardware is up there with the best. This arm fits in my older yamaha stands and multi clamps easily to add an extra arm. the gear-free head is amazing and a true innovation from Pearl that I've appreciated for years. Good solid construction and the Pearl memory lock system is great too

I bought this boom arm for my china cymbal and it works great. I would trust it with all but the heaviest, largest rides and expect years of use from it. Features a hide-a-boom and uni-lock tilter.Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because when I opened the box, the arm was loose from it's original packaging, suggesting that it had been previously opened.

Man! I love these things. ROCK solid and immanently adjustable. Elevation, rotation and angle are easily fine tuned. And, the tilter stays where you put it... End of story.
