They work great for planting by seeds

I decided to try these for the first time. I did two trials. One batch of tomato seeds with these and one with soil. These are TINY and don't expand like they say. They didn't sprout the tomato seeds as well as the soil did. This was more of a waste of time and money than anything. They didn't even expand to half of the seedling starter pot. And the starter pots were only 2 1/2". I definitely don't recommend. I had to throw half of these. So they aren't worth the money, in my opinion.
