Was a little up set at first but once I contacted the MF and they got me a power supply very fast. After that the product is great

I have two kids in wheelchairs and now we can weigh them once a week. The scale is accurate with the hospitals and has made our life a lot easier, because when we go to the doctors office we can have an accurate weight and do not have to hassle with clinic scales.

Beware, the picture for this scale is VERY misleading. This is a small scale---you can fit a standard size wheelchair on it, but there is NO extra room (contrary to what is depicted in the picture). If you have a very large individual in a large wheelchair, you won't be able to use this scale. Also was disappointed by how long it took to receive the scale (close to a month.) It wobbles on the floor, so not very well balanced. The instructions seem extremely complicated... here is an example: "Span gain is related to the A/D integration time. The larger the span, the higher the internal resolution, but the slower the update speed. Note that the scale must be recalibrated whenever this parameter is altered." No idea what is being said here.Overall, feeling a bit disappointed and wishing I had paid better attention to the size description.
