Beautiful and good quality. Took a bit to realize using a small chisel and mallet was the best way to cut the white “grout” when trimming. I was able to use small pieces to do some of the edging, so very little waste. Definitely need to take your time to install it correctly.

These hexagon peel and stick tiles come in a well labeled box, the tiles smaller than the box and left free to bump around, even in a foam setting. Where as none of the tiles suffered damage from this, the shifting tiles do make the box uneven and would be awkward when moving several boxes at a time for larger projects. The tiles are individually placed hexagons in a grout like frame, set on a backing that is flexible but firm enough to keep the tiles in place. The frame is easy to cut, a simple sharpe blade all that is needed. The tiles take a little more work, needing a deep score line but sill snap like vinyl floor planks. Getting the score line deep enough to avoid damaging the look and finish of the tile is something that takes trial and error and as you can pull the tile from the backboard to do this, there is lower risk of damaging the whole product. The adhesive is just ok, working much better with heat. The backing does take some work to remove but once started, comes away cleanly. The tiles do not peel away as easily as they stick, taking work to remove and taking paint with them. The grout grid, not being part of the whole tile but a grid the hexagon tiles sit into does cause some issues. While this made arguments and sizing so much easier for these thicker tiles, it also leaves small gaps that some things splashed in them that may have dried a total pain to get off. Food products did get caught in the grid frame and though were cleaned off, the need to scrub into the grid with tools thanks to little cooking hands was not as strait forward and just wiping clean.Prices at $52.99 at the time of this review, while these are more expensive than some, these tiles peel and stick tiles are thicker and more more durable than most, just not the most renter friendly, hard to clean and a pain to cut but once in place, look more realistic than most.

Re tile quality - these are actually pretty great, and they’re more heavy than expected too. Each individual hex tile is actually a separate piece that is laid on a single sticky mat with a “grout” line grid. The tile backing is some kind of rigid plastic, not squishy foam as I was expecting. The tile has great color depth and a believable natural grain to it as well - there is no telltale print repeat that would make this obviously fake marble. I’ve used many of the thinner 3D gel type peel and stick tiles before, so if I compare I would comfortably say this is far closer to real mosaic marble tile.I took a chance and selected the “green” from the product title and description, but received the “blue” as shown in the images. As of 4/17, the product photos show the color you’ll receive, not the product color name. Vendor - please fix your listing! Unfortunately I’m going to have to return these.(EDIT - thanks for fixing your listing vendor! I'm changing the star rating as the tiles are actually very nice otherwise, and now the listing color matches.)
