1.Make sure the substrate area is clean and dry before applying the seam tape.
2. Cut the seam tape to size.(Allow 1" overlap if needed).
3. Remove the clear plastic backing from the back.
4. Apply the seam tape to close the gap, applying appropriate pressure to adhere securely.

It was hard to get the tape off the roll to start, it tended to shred. However once I got started I was pleased with how well it works. It does an excellent job of adhering to multiple surfaces. It has been completely effective in blocking water so far. I would choose this again.

Needed it for some things the livestock have destroyed and this worked perfectly to fix a those things. It sticks to multiple surfaces and holds.

It's hard to remove packaging from the tape. The sealant just got everything stick to the tape. The tape is strong and in general works well in sealing. The texture of the tape does show, so additional layer of sealant can strengthen the joint and cover the tape.

This stuff does what it says It will do. Unfortunately, when I got it, I thought it was a be all and end-all product, but it does advise putting additional sealant over it, so I did that, despite the fact that it seemed to be working well on its own. I regret the extra time, expense, and material that that takes, especially when there are other sealant tapes out there that don't require the extra step, but it does mention that stuff in the advertising, so it's not something that I would let negatively impact my review. The oversight was mine. That said, it would be great if the manufacturer could create a sealing tape that did not require that extra step.

Strong adhesive, useful for sealing shower bases under tile (Kerdi membrane/liner). No complaints from my GC on a new gut-rehab build. Just wish it was a touch wider (3"). Else we're still using sealing/bonding compounds on the shower membrane as insurance against leakage.

The Peel and Stick Seam Tape is a game-changer for quick roof repairs. It’s incredibly easy to apply—just peel, stick, and press down. It seals leaks fast and holds up well in rain and sun. Perfect for fixing roof seams, small tears and even fir out old RV! Would recommend!
