I loved the look, even though I had to make the peephole wider, because it had the bigger tube than any other peephole camera. But the worst thing is it's over a month and I've not been able to connect the App to make it work. There's zero customer support. The AI chat online is absolutely useless. It keeps giving you links one after the other. I wasted hours and hours, all in vain. I bought this for my safety and ease and it has given me the stress day after day. I have used other peephole cams, they connect easy as 123. But this one is a pain in the neck. Pls don't waste your money on it.
