I like to pretend I'm a grill master on weekends, Pit Boss watch out lol. Since I don't always want to drag out the smoker, I thought. I thought I'd. try wood chips on the grill with the meat once I saw this neat lil stainless steel box of smoky magic. I tossed some hickory chips in, placed it on the grate, and tada a little bit of smooth smoky with my char heh heh: instant smokehouse smells and flavor with next to no hassle.We did steaks, pineapple and corn but no matter if you're smoking ribs, brisket, or even just jazzing up some random leftover veggies, this box brings a flavor that will make your food taste like you're one of the bonafide BBQ pros.
