Product arrived on time but the fan blades were damaged at shipping. I contacted customer service and they responded within 2 hours...on a weekend! They sent me a replacement fan within a few days. Easy install and motor/fan is super quiet with no vibration whatsoever. Product is exactly as described and I would definitely buy from this seller again!

I replaced a perfectly working 2 year old combustion motor purchased from this company trying to fix my stove but it ended up just needing a better cleaning and new door gaskets. No useful instructions were included so just copy the way the old motor is wired. Use the wires from your old motor as only the connectors are provided but not new wires. I used my old orange silicone gasket to mount instead of the white one provided. With my servicing, my pellet stove is running better than it has in many years.
