These slam latches have too thin of a relief to work with standard rack rails!! Startech hinged panels with slam-latches work brilliantly. It makes me question if these are real Penn Elcom panels. At any rate, the panel was already milled before I found out it was out of spec. (or a non-standard spec). buyer beware
