Received this product installed but quit working in a month. Warranty is 1 year, how ever I can not find out how to get a replacement. No information came with the package.

Replaced on my pool heater thought it would be just the thermostat part (black part in photo from back side , see item posting photos) but was wires and knob posts as well.

It saves old heaters from the junk pile. They work reliably with new parts like this. Parts fit pentair and laars/jandy millivolts (pilot models)

Received part and installed. Heater did not respond. Verified all limits and pressure switch to be operational. Called vendor and got the runaround about being a certified pool installer to use there parts. Still considering recourse with Amazon. I do Heating and Air service and a pool heater is not nearly as complicated. Also: not a gas valve issue either, can place Thermopile millivolt power to valve and run heater.
