Not exactly a direct fit. You will need to cut both sides of your original rubber pieces around the mass air flow sensor to act as a spacer for the supplied couplers. The support bracket will also need modifications to be used. Is it worth the money YES, is it kind of a pain because it's not direct bolt in YES! It does work! I also wrapped mine in heat shield insulation to keep the engine heat from heating up the intake air. It does have a rubber grommet and cutout for the small round air sensor upstream of the mass air sensor.
