It's a set of flare nut wrenches. They are not good flare nut wrenches. But they are better flare nut wrenches than any open end wrench you own.That said, can't really recommend these- just get a better quality one with the size you need. Look for one with a slightly narrower slot and the corners of the hex milled out a bit.

I needed to work on brake lines on a vehicle. A kit that I got from Harbor Freight did not include this size for whatever reason. It worked or what I needed it to do!

This tool fits the metric fuel lines on my vintage 1988 BMW 325i e30 and fils the gap in the flaring tool set I purchased previously by adding an 11mm. Good quality tool. Well built and solid and doesn’t flex when trying to remove stubborn fuel line fittings

Used for a few applications on my Cadillac, worked fine so far. Being an odd size for flare wrench I'll take what I can get and this hasn't failed yet. Not the best quality but it works.
