Needed to do what it did ti remove tilt column pins, but tool is very small and weak, probably won't last but a few times. Cheap enough to replace, I suppose, but im from the school that good tools should last a lifetime.

Didn't even work for one pin. Package was also cut open previously so I am guessing used. Just buy a 3" #8-32 stainless all-thread and a nut and washer from Ace hardware, bend a 90 degree bend in one end and shape a large steel bushing/spacer to fit the column. Pulls the pins out so easily you think it is stripping as well. Shows how garbage this tool is. It should be criminal to sell something so garbage.

It works well, also, you don't use it as it's assembled, they actually threaded a hole in the side of the cap to retain all the hardware, ingenious! Plenty of videos out there showing you how to use it properly, just google gm saginaw tilt pin removal.

It works, unless you have tight pivot pins then you will end up stripping the nut off. It is difficult finding this size nut thicker and stronger (class 5 or 8 would work). It worked on one of my pivot pins (GM Column out of a 1990 Jeep Cherokee) but stripped on the other. I got a replacement from Amazon and it stripped again. I am a Mechanical Engineer so I know a thing or two, and what I am doing. Get the competitors tool.

For any review that says it broke on them. They used it wrong.. do not remove the first pin all the way until you have the 2nd started. It will pit too much pressure on the only one left and not be able to remove resulting in the tool breaking off. Take one out and tap back in about half way than switch to other side get that one to about the same. Than can remove both. Learned the hard way... but one I left the other one half way in the other came out no issue.
