The product itself was amazing, but unfortunately, it scared my dog. I wasn’t even able to properly try it out and had to return it.

This is hands down my favorite massager for dogs (and for people too). Have been using one since 2018.The silicone heads are so much better than the high density foam or out right hard plastic heads you get with the human jackhammers. Further more the heads screw into place rather than relying on cheap o rings for retention. It come with some thoughtful and unique heads that actually work and aren’t just a gimmicky alternative looking attachment.A huge positive of this massager is that it is exceptionally quiet without compromising percussive rate, consistency. Dogs can be very sensitive to sounds and easily become averse to things that sound very electromechanical appliancey ( vacuum, power tools, food processor ).Well constructed. And I guess this can also count towards the sound signature too. I have used a number of electrical massagers ( human and dog branded) that felt like they were going to rattle themselves apart. Some of these also ended up having their plastic bodies crack, charging ports falling out or getting loose, and making funny smells like that hot plastic/electric smell. As stated above I have been using one just about daily since 2018 and it preforms just like it did on day one.Using a usb to charge is a very convenient feature as well. I have encountered some massagers that have odd proprietary charging cables or just cheap and flimsy. This is neither of those things. Easy to charge from a power block, in your car or even an external battery bank/ pack thingy. The percussive profile is another thoughtfully designed aspect of this massager as well. Unlike with a lot of human massagers this is not meant to try and jackhammer out tension with maximum power and intensity ( it goes all the way up to 100, but the only real appreciable changes in intensity happen every 10 to 15 levels). That’s not what a dog needs. This has very sensible levels of intensity that won’t rattle your old dogs last 10 teeth out of their head, or aggravate sensitive conditions in the lower back and hips. A lot of the time there is no need to go beyond the first 2 lvls, unless you dog really enjoys it and wants a bit of a deeper jiggle.I have gone on long enough about this product, just get it and use it. ( the price on it has also gone down since 2018 too, used to be $99.00)

They have many pulse settings. It's wonderful. But, my dogs are afraid of it.

My “son” is 17 years old, he is about nine pounds and very bony. He doesn’t have much fat or muscle mass anymore. He is very tender around his hips and the bottom part of his back, spine. He gets around pretty well still, but he clearly has arthritis. So I wasn’t sure if this product would work for him because he’s so small and a little frail, and doesn’t like having his hips touched/petted. But he LOVES THIS. In the video I have it on the lowest speed and I think for him the 3D flex tip is the best option. Because it really is flexible and moves easily around his delicate, bony parts to include his legs, spine, and hip areas. The flex tips are a good size to really get into his hip flexors. The vibrations can be heard and seen but they are very gentle when in contact with the actual body. I tried the Cupping tip on him because that was recommended for the hip area. But he’s too small for it I think, he doesn’t mind it but the cup is pretty much as big as his hip. I think it would work as intended on a larger dog. He doesn’t seem to like the Brush tip, I don’t know if that’s because it’s too intense-in an unpleasant way-because he’s bony with very short fur…or because it’s too intense in a good way and he’s not used to it. The device itself is well made, the silicone tips collect fur on them but they easily rinse clean. It’s not a quiet device but I don’t think it’s loud either. Overall I’m so happy with this and he loves it. It’s too early to tell if this helps with his mobility, it’s only been a few days, but he enjoys his massage sessions when I get home after work and before bedtime watching tv!

The moment my cats hear this massager turn on, they come over and rub against it. Perfect for Scottish Fold cats because of their condition and in general, any pet. Our other kitten was a littler scared of it at first but eventually loved it too. Sometimes, they even meow to get our attention because they want a massage (not food). Try it out, your pets won't regret it.

I am always looking for ways to improve our 11 year old greyhound’s mobility. I was skeptical about whether she would tolerate this, but she loves it!!! She looks so relaxed and happy while she is being massaged. Hopefully this will help her tight back muscles and arthritic areas. As an added bonus, it works great on people too!I will say, I’ve only tried the lowest 2 settings because the other 3 settings seem a bit strong. It also is a bit loud, so be prepared for that.I’m so impressed with the shipping speed- when I ordered it, it said it wouldn’t arrive until late next week (so after Christmas) but then they shipped it 2nd day air!

My oldest pup has hip issues. He is a 12 year old 75lb german shepherd. I use the 3 headed attachment on the lowest setting for a few minutes on his hips and lower back. I also use very, very lightly for a pass or 2 on his back leg muscles. I do this 2 times a day when he is resting. I have seen improvement in his walking and ability to not be so tight getting up. Keeping in mind I use the lowest setting due to his age and getting used to it. I tried it out on my lower back first to make sure it would be okay. Would I buy this again, absolutely. The way I see it… any improvement in his mobility and well being is more than worth it. I only wish that I had bought it months ago when I first saw it.

Really cool product. Tried it yesterday. My dog adapted to the massager straight away.Needs a silicone grip around the handle. And the pouch that’s for the attachments needs to be bigger to fit the whole device in there too.
