Exact replacement for existing, it was a simple remove and replace. I don't know if this was a returned or not but was surprised it didn't come with screws. No problem as I used the existing, just note that you may need screws. The non-functional imperfection I noted was the name perko on the knob is not exactly horizontal at rest but maybe I can adjust with a suction cup. This would be a manufacturer issue and not a vendor issue. The lock set arrived quickly.

This kit did not work for me I replaced the same set up that broke yet the door knob on this is shorter then the original! Perkon must of changed there kit some where along the way

Will only work on thin doors my doors are 1-1/2 in the shaft will not reach through.
