The mug that I paid a grossly inflated price for was not as described. It did not have the 3D raised effect for the printing it was a slick surface with sub par colors and graphics. I do not recommend purchasing this item to anyone. My complaints have gone unanswered and of course it the price is non-refundable because it was personalized. I had to give one star rating or I wouldn't be allowed to post this

Order was accurately fulfilled. Wish there was a darker brown option for hair color, though. Arrived well in time for Mother's Day.

This mug is so cute!! I was so happy it arrived before Mothers Day!! It was fun to order and I know my daughter is going to love it. Perfect size mug, the colors were great, the images were adorable, and it was good quality! Great present for any occasion!!

Nice idea but it would be better if they had more choices to pick so that the person looks a bit more like you.
