Love these ornaments! They are just so pretty. I get them every year for the whole family and everyone loves them! The colors are rich, and the faces and expressions on the characters are so sweet. They deliver quickly as well. I appreciate that they do the printing on the ornaments, as I know I would make a mess of them. I highly recommend!

When my now adult grandkids were younger I sent them ornaments and they were saved and given to them when they were old enough to appreciate. My oldest granddaughter mentioned that she would like to do that with her kids, my great granddaughter and great grandson, so I sent this family one to her and also sent individual ones the the kids. Great idea!

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament from Ornaments by Elves. It arrived three days later, but with a spelling error, and I couldn't tell from my order form if the mistake was mine or theirs. I contacted them through Amazon and said if I was at fault I wanted to order a new ornament, and if they made the mistake I asked for a replacement. Within hours I received a reply asking for a picture of the ornament, and within a few hours of receiving the picture they let me know that a replacement was on the way. The ornament itself is of very good quality and I'm sure it will last for years. And they even told me how I could remove the incorrect personalization from the original ornament so it could be used for another purpose or donated. Throughout our messaging the people at Ornaments by Elves were very courteous, and I appreciate their prompt attention to my problem. This is a top-notch company and others could learn much about proper customer service from them.

I love this ornament and can't wait to put this ornament on my tree because to me its not just an ornaments its a special keepsake that reminds that no matter where my family is they are always near.

Purchased from Ornaments by Elves - even though there is no "customize" or "select options" buttons, I wrote the seller and told them what I wanted. Received quickly, wonderful quality and exactly as I wanted.
