I was very disappointed in the item I received not being as advertised. The image in the ad shows clear lettering and the item I received is very hard to read due to the texture of the glass. It appears to be installed in the frame not straight so it hangs crooked. Then there is also a spelling error, it says " love grow here" instead of "love grows here". Very unhappy with the product. I would not recommend.

I ordered this for my mom for Mother’s Day, just received it and opened it to find most of the letters are coming off of it already. What a shame and a waste of $! Not to mention the glass is textured and you can’t really see the names through the front like you are supposed to.

Terrible product. The product came with several letters already fallen off. The stickers that were on the product were extremely poorly applied. I reached out to the seller and am waiting for a response on a refund but it does not appear this was damaged - it is simply a quality issue.

Arrived damaged and letters/flowers peeling off! Horrible quality and defective. Names and words were unreadable due to missing letters. Save your money and don’t buy! I’m trying to get a refund and it will not let me return.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Advertised as “stained glass”, when actually it’s just stickers and it arrived with all of the stickers falling off.

It’s not worth it, the names came already falling apart and you can’t even return it or have it Exchange.
