I ordered a sweatshirt for Mother's Day as a gift. It came in a quick amount of time for being a custom order. There was a problem with the embroidered parts being two different color threads. I reached out to the seller by email about the mistake. The seller got back to me quickly and offered to replace the item without a return. This was great because I despise returning items. The replacement was sent in around a week and was just how I ordered. My mom loved the gift! She even likes the one that was messed up, but she's not as picky as I am. She's keeping both.My mom said the fit was great. She normally wears a medium, and that's what I ordered for her. The embroidered detail was good with no loose threads. And she said it was comfortable. The material is average thickness for a sweatshirt; good for mild cold weather.I would buy this again, and may get one for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I would recommend this as a great gift idea.This seller's price is about average for this item, compared to others, but I will definitely be buying from them because of their great service. I appreciate a quality business that stands behind their products. A big thanks to Sarah, from customer service, for making my mom and I happy.

The sweatshirt embroidering was terrible. The word Mom looked like mam and the childrens names are not clear. I would not recommend this shirt.

Just came in today! I love it, super soft && fits per size. Stitching on the arm is perfect! The color was perfect to the picture! Great Mother’s Day gift idea!
