The heart I ordered in memory of my grandma was out of the bubble wrap & it was broken.The metal stick I ALSO bought was bent.Also the lettering on it wasn’t even centered or polished.The fact that I can’t get it replaced or get a refund for it is ridiculous.Think twice before you order something this fragile a with no refund. RidiculousI wouldn’t even give it a rating

The photo I sent was a full head shot and I got it back and the face doesn’t even fit in the area. Some of his Face ID cut off!!

The image is to small and wording was to big. Did not like final product. There is plenty of room to increase image size and keep wording the same size.
