The advertised picture looks really good. The actual product does not look like the picture. It's a cheaper looking produc.. I even left a tip in good faith. That's ruined its ffor the good ones out there. I won't be doing that again. Unhappy with my product.Zoom in my picture and you'll see cheaper clearlooking plastic

Advertised as a 3D cutout. It's a cheap piece of plastic with a faded sticker applique! Run! Run! Run! Unfortunately you can't rate less than 0. It's not returnable because it's personalized.

The photos on the website are very misleading, it looks 3D but when it arrived it was definitely a 2D item. This is a shrink-a-dink, not what I expected they erased the edges with photo magic to make the item look better then it is. Don’t make the same mistake I did find a better ornament.
