I tried this on when I received it and I don't think one size does fit all. Let me put it more specifically. It fits, but rather large, and that would be expected since you still need to put another body into it, aka your pet. However, the pocket for the pet sits really low; in my case, below my hips. I expected that the pet pocket would be a little closer to belly or chest area. With all of that said, I think this is best for taller people. I am 5'3 and when I walk, my pet is being hit by my thighs, when he should be securely closer to my mid to upper body.There are a few good things about this for those who are taller, and that is the pet pocket is lined and zips out for easy washing. You could wash the entire top together but if you feel the need to clean it separately, perhaps dump snack crumbs out of it, that is easy to do.It is also very soft and comfy and the hoodie adds extra warmth. I really like the idea of it, but I do think there should be some size options.

The pouch hung too low to be able to really care or make it comfortable for the pet or human. And it’s flimsy too so pet doesn’t feel very secure.

This shirt is amazing. It’s incredibly soft and warm. My little girl took right to it. She was so comfortable never once tried to get out of it perfect fit for her and myself. I am 5’6 298 lbs got the 4x it was a perfect fit. I usually wear a 3x so I did have to go up a size but perfect fit and so warm and comfortable

The cat wants nothing to do with the carrier pocket, but is happy enough to settle atop the garment. The wearer is enchanted with it. We finally got weather that merited heavier clothing and they have worn it daily since.The velvet is a bit shiny, but otherwise, it's aesthetically pleasing to both of us. They wear it around the house mainly anyway. "Cozy" and "soft" are the words that keep cropping up.

The snap on the pocket pulled out of the fabric on first use. It is not really important but annoying. I would buy this again
